Love Your Body Master Plan is a self-guided course designed to help you love your body and yourself JUST AS YOU ARE! Right now. In this time and space. We use meditation, journaling worksheets, and mindfulness practices to help foster self-love and healing.

In my research, I found that there's a lot missing when it comes to being in love with ourselves. So I created the mini course LOVE YOUR BODY MASTER PLAN.

So what is it?
Well, it's a master plan for loving your body JUST AS IT IS NOW! How freakin' cool is that?!

There's not talk of weight loss or food plans or anything like that. It's all mindset work, meditation, journaling, and support.

Megan holds a bachelor’s degree in history and extensive coursework in psychology from the University of North Texas and a master’s degree in military and American history from the American Military University.
